About the Role:
Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Adventure Operations Specialist. In this role you will assist clients with vacation planning booking support destination information and general travel assistance. You do not need prior travel industry experience we provide complete training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel questions through email chat or phone
• Provide basic travel information such as destinations accommodations and requirements
• Support booking modifications cancellations or updates
• Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations
• Send confirmations itineraries and follow-up messages
• Take notes and maintain accurate records
• Provide friendly professional customer service
• Learn and use travel tools provided during training
