Lead Developer

Halian Technologies are hiring on behalf of our fast-growing technology client that is looking for a Lead Developer to guide a dynamic and collaborative development team. This is a leadership role which will include some hands-on development, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and leading others to success.

Youll be leading software engineers through the full product lifecycle using Agile methodologies. This is a varied role where youll split your time between people leadership, scrum mastering, and active development using C# / .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Line manage, mentor, and support a team of developers

Lead sprint ceremonies : standups, planning, retrospectives, and refinement

Remove blockers and drive team progress in an Agile environment

Hands-on coding : design, develop, test, and refactor applications

Collaborate with Product Owners to align priorities and deliverables

Maintain code quality through peer reviews and technical leadership

Become a subject matter expert in key system areas
