Are you experienced in quality control within fresh produce and looking to take the next step in your career? Were seeking Quality Controller's to join a fast-paced and dynamic fresh produce business, ensuring that all products meet customer and retailer specifications across intake, storage, and packing operations.
This is a shift-based role, working 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour shifts days & nights available.
Carry out intake inspections on inbound fruit, ensuring compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
Record and report findings accurately, including arrival reports and photographic records.
Monitor stock condition, shelf-life, and temperature protocols, escalating issues promptly where required.
Oversee packing line operations, ensuring all quality standards and retailer specifications are consistently met.
Complete line sheets, weight checks, and documentation to the highest standard.
Support product trials, shelf-life testing, and packaging evaluations.
Authorise positive release once all checks have been successfully completed.
Work collaboratively within the QC team to maintain compliance with food safety and retailer standards.
