The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Senior immigration Manager to deliver strategic compliant solutions for global clients while leading team development and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on UK immigration law visa categories eligibility and settlement pathways.
• Prepare and review applications ensuring accuracy compliance and timely submission.
• Guide clients on sponsorship licensing compliance audits and right-to-work checks.
• Manage client engagements end-to-end maintaining proactive communication and data accuracy.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; support recruitment training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EYs risk quality and engagement procedures.
• Oversee budgeting billing and financial targets.
• Identify business opportunities strengthen client relationships and share best practices.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership.
