As aPIP Functional Assessor,you'll play a vital part in supporting the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) by conducting Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments. You'll combine professional collaboration with the flexibility of home working, making a real difference to people's lives.

What you'll do

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations for PIP in a professional and empathetic manner
• Analyse clinical information and medical evidence to produce clear, detailed and objective reports
• Work to set standards / targets and respond positively to feedback
• Operate independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative colleagues
• Stay up to date with DWP guidelines, policies and assessment criteria
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical knowledge and practice
• Work from the assessment centre as required
