We're looking for a detail-driven Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our friendly finance team. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and accuracy, who enjoys working in a busy but supportive office environment.
Responsibilities
Processing and coding purchase invoicesMatching invoices with purchase orders and delivery notesInputting data accurately into the finance systemReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesAssisting with payment runs and invoice queriesSupporting the finance team with general administration tasksWhat We\'re Looking For
Previous experience in purchase ledger, accounts payable or finance adminStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryGood IT skills (Excel / finance systems)Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesA proactive and team-oriented approachBenefits
