Salary : £40,000 van + fuel card (temp to perm through agency for 1st 12 weeks)

Role : Social housing reactive maintenance works

My client, a leading social housing contractor, is currently seeking a various Multi traders to come on board for their housing reactive maintenance contracts.

This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector, covering domestic properties in South West London. This position is temp to permanent and will come with a van and a fuel card.

Duties include :

Full plumbing repairs

Reactive multi trade works

Carpentry

Patch plaster

P&D

Requirements :

Trade cert in plumbing

multi-trade experience

Social housing experience

UK Driving license
