About the Role

This is a pivotal position within a fast-paced creative production environment specialising in creative and technical design, artworking, digital content, print, experiential brand activations, and sustainable production.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, client management expertise, and the ability to oversee all stages of the project lifecycle — from design and artworking to print, fabrication, logistics, and installation.

Projects range from small one-off deliverables to nationwide bespoke rollouts, often with demanding timelines. Clients include global luxury brands, museums, and high-profile organisations, where diligence, creativity, and consistency are essential.

This role also offers the opportunity to lead and grow an Accounts Hub — managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and administrators, ensuring excellence in delivery while driving growth and client satisfaction.

Lead and develop a dedicated project management hub, overseeing multiple project streams.

Support the growth and development of your team, ensuring best practice in project management.

Align with other hub leaders and senior management to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.

Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and successes.
