Required Skills :
Person Specification Essential : Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar caretaking or facilities role Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) procedures Ability to work independently follow instructions and manage daily tasks without supervision Good communication skills and a professional approach to duties Reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic Desirable : Previous experience working in a residential school or public-facing environment Basic maintenance or DIY skills Familiarity with safeguarding procedures (training can be provided)
Required Education :
Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards this.
