Your Role as a KS1 Teacher

As our new KS1 Teacher, you will :

✅ Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

✅ Create a warm and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.

✅ Use effective and engaging teaching strategies to develop students’ confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

✅ Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help all children reach their full potential.

✅ Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to enhance each child’s educational journey.

✅ Collaborate with the KS1 team to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning across the year group.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or a strong understanding of early childhood development.
• A creative and engaging teaching style that excites and motivates young learners.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.
