Senior Social Worker - Looked After Children / Leaving Care – Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector, has a permanent vacancy for a Senior Social Worker based in Uxbridge, within the Looked After Children and Leaving Care Service.

The salary for this permanent Senior Social Worker job is £49,295.00 - £53,357.00 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality social work services to looked after children and care leavers in line with statutory duties and safeguarding requirements.
• Lead on case management, risk assessment, care planning, and multi-agency collaboration to support vulnerable children and families.
• Maintain strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies; communicate effectively and with a non-judgemental approach.
• Ensure compliance with Social Work England registration and HCPC regulatory requirements; manage records and case notes to a high standard.
• Coordinate and contribute to service improvements, supervision, and professional development within the team.
