RTA Litigation Team Leader / Senior RTA Litigation Manager

Location : Bolton

Salary : £40,000+ DOE + quarterly bonus + benefits Job Type : Full-time, office-based

The Role

We are a growing claimant RTA law firm seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Team Leader / Senior RTA Litigation Manager to lead a team of fee earners.

You will oversee a caseload of RTA and credit hire litigation, with exposure to EL / PL claims, while mentoring and managing the team to deliver excellent results. This role also involves work sourcing and maintaining relationships with referrers to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and supervise a team handling RTA and credit hire claims.
? Manage a small caseload of complex or high-value litigated RTA files. ? Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with SRA standards. ? Develop new work sources and maintain referrer relationships.
? Drive team performance to meet targets and quality standards.

About You

? 5+ years experience in RTA / credit hire litigation within a claimant law firm. ? Knowledge and experience of EL / PL claims.

? Proven team leadership and supervision experience.

? Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes.

? Commercially minded with excellent communication and leadership skills.
