Court of Protection applications The Private Client Solicitor role :

A minimum of 2 years PQE

The ability to work with minimal supervision.

A client-centred focus, taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising and improving client relationships.

IT skills – use of a probate case management would be beneficial.

A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal.Benefits :
