General Manager, SO42 Hampshire, 5 / 7 days £50k
Overseeing this busy unique venue based near the New Forest, the catering & hospitality department delivers outstanding service across all areas from day to day catering to high quality events and functions.
What youll be doing :
- Overseeing and responsible for the operation as a whole
- Ensure the catering & hospitality operation delivers outstanding service
- Leading, training and developing your team
- Identifying and driving commercial opportunities to maximise revenue
- Maintaining strong client relationships ensuring their expectations are exceeded as well as driving and growing the business
Working hours are 40hr per week, 5 / 7 days with some weekends
