PSV Mechanic – Blackburn

£20.75 per hour |  £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

37 hours per week | Rotating Shift Pattern

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced PSV Mechanic to join our engineering team in Blackburn. This is a great opportunity to work with a reliable and respected operator, maintaining a fleet of public service vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Carry out inspections, servicing, maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.

Complete all work to DVSA and company standards.

Ensure accurate completion of job cards and reports.

Work flexibly within a rotating shift pattern to support operational needs.Requirements :

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.

Previous experience as a PSV or HGV mechanic / technician.

Good understanding of health & safety standards and compliance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full UK driving licence required; PSV licence an advantage.What We Offer :

37-hour working week with rotating shifts.
