The Role

The Lead Product Manager will lead one of the core teams responsible for improving the experience of how customers engage with and access data. This platform is used by some of the world’s most innovative organisations and tech companies to train and improve AI systems. You will manage a small team of 2 Product Managers and focus on user-centered, commercially driven outcomes to build one of the most critical products for the business.

Impact : The person in this role will set the direction for their product area, make key decisions, and work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers to bring ideas to life. Their work will directly affect how AI learns from real human input.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand customer needs and turn them into practical, valuable product features.
  • Make decisions that balance experience, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
  • Remove obstacles that slow down progress and simplify complex problems.
  • Work in close partnership with design, research, and engineering to test and improve ideas quickly.
  • What You’ll Need

  • Experience leading product development in a technology company with some Scale-up experience being essential
  • Knowledge of the differences between building for businesses (B2B) and individuals (B2C).
  • Confidence in using data to guide decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Background in AI or machine learning.
  • Involvement in the wider product management community.
