The attendance team works closely with pastoral leaders, safeguarding staff, and families to promote excellent attendance and punctuality across the school.

The Role

• Monitor daily student attendance and punctuality.
• Follow up on absences with parents and carers.
• Produce attendance reports and support intervention strategies.
• Work closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a school or attendance-related role (desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data systems.
