Ownership of the store and accountable for all of its operational functions as a Store Manager.

Drive store sales and profit, taking appropriate action to maximize performance.

Heighten team performance through effective coaching and communication of targets.

Create a shopping experience that exceeds the customer expectations.

Enhance store appearance through effective visual merchandising.

Have commercial knowledge as a Store Manager and understanding of competition to ensure store layout reflects market trends.

Leads by example and actively supports work in all areas of the store.

About You….

We are looking for an Established Store Manager in Retail with a proven track record of driving the profitability of a store.

Proven sales ability, highly numerate with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance data.

Evidence of management, training and development of a high performing team to deliver results.

Excellent people skills and ability to deliver the very highest store and customer service standards as a Store Manager

Commercially aware

An Experienced in interviewing, recruiting and training new colleagues.

Desire to succeed and progress within an ever-growing business great prospects to grow with the company
