Location : Bassingbourn Barracks (mobile role covering East Region)

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : Up to £45,000 + Company Car / Allowance

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fire Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering vital fire safety projects across the Defence estate. This is a role where your expertise will have a direct impact on ensuring compliance, safety, and operational effectiveness for sites of national importance.

The Role As Fire Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects valued above £25k, managing them from initial scoping through to successful handover. You will ensure that every project meets statutory legislation, MoD requirements, and the highest health, safety, and environmental standards. This will involve assessing and planning delivery, leading early warning and risk reduction meetings, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Your role will also place you at the centre of customer engagement. Youll work closely with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Heads of Establishments, and other stakeholders to fully understand operational requirements and ensure that fire safety projects support wider Defence priorities.
