Assistant Restaurant Manager

A fantastic opportunityis available at a Michelin Starred restaurant in rural Wales. The restaurant has held a Michelin Star for two years and is expected to achieve another this year.

Live in accommodation is available. In this role you will work alongside one of the UK’s best known chefs as well as a Front Of House team of serious pedigree, this is the kind of role from which you would have the necessary experience to move onto any other restaurant in the UK.

The salary available in this role is up to £22k plus tips. Alongside the rewarding nature of working within a close team of excellent staff and with the best ingredients, this role offers much more than the salary. This role would be suited to a natural host with an interest in fine food, wines and spirits. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxed yet professional, it's a place to have fun while you work!
