Overview
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is a dynamic and patient focused organisation. The Health Board are responsible for the direct management of a number of GP Practices and are developing these practices to be gold standard exemplars, creating services that are better able to meet the needs of the local population, easier to access and navigate, and are a rewarding and satisfying place to work. The Health Board is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who believes in a vision for high quality clinical care and compassion within Primary Care, and who wants to engage in delivering this in Beechley Medical Centre, Wrexham. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care and dealing with Chronic Disease Management. Applicants will be a registered first level Nurse with evidence of study at MSc level.
The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a Nurse Practitioner working within Primary Care, including (but not limited to) :

This role will require flexibility to meet the demands of the practice and an individual work plan will be agreed in advance with the successful applicant.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and / or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
