Job Title: Outreach Support Worker Location: Peterlee Hours: 5 hours every Sunday (times to be agreed) Pay Rate * £13.25 per hour – Non-drivers * £14.24 per hour – Drivers with business insurance Role Overview We are looking for a friendly, reliable Outreach Support Worker to work alongside another staff member supporting a young person with additional needs. The role involves providing support in the community, enabling the young person to take part in activities they enjoy while promoting independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
