Plan coordinate and execute virtual and in-person events based on client needs.
Research and secure venues vendors and accommodations.
Manage budgets timelines and event logistics.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Experience in event planning is a plus but not requiredtraining is provided.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of online booking tools.
