Job Title : Temporary Project Manager - AI Implementation

Location : Manchester

Contract Type : Temporary (6 months, with potential for extension)

What You'll Do :

As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, creativity, and outputs across all communications capabilities. Here's what you'll be responsible for :

Governance and Structure :

• Deliver clear AI governance guidelines for Global Communications.
• Define a stakeholder map to help build our AI roadmap.

Use Cases and prioritisation :

Implementation :

Training and Upskilling :

Change Champions :

What You Bring :

To succeed in this role, you will need :

A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, ideally within large multinational organisations.

Proven experience in implementing AI initiatives at an organisational level.

Comfort working within a global matrix organisation.

Familiarity with IT and Corporate Communications, with a knack for managing transformation and change.

The ability to partner closely with leadership and communicate effectively across various teams.

Good presentation skills, with the ability to unite colleagues around a common purpose.

Knowledge of the agriculture and agri-tech industry is a plus but not essential.

Education :

A degree-level qualification is required.

Additional project management and AI qualifications will be beneficial.
