Maxwell Bond are supporting a leading creative agency who need a Senior Resource Manager to keep their projects, people, and freelancers running smoothly. This is a fast paced, high volume role where you’ll be right at the centre of delivery.

Overview

Location : Manchester, United Kingdom

What you’ll be doing

Managing day-to-day allocation of internal talent + freelancers
Running traffic & resourcing meetings
Using Monday.com to plan, track, and report on workloads
Analysing workflow data to improve efficiency
Keeping freelance costs on track and quality checked

What they’re looking for

5+ years in resourcing / traffic management (must be from an agency background)

Strong knowledge of creative workflows and production processes

Excellent communicator and relationship builder
