About the Role

As a Head of Housekeeping at our award-winning client's care home, you’ll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you’ll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. The Head of Housekeeping role demands excellent attention to detail, but we’ll also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best. Put simply, you’ll help to make your care home a shining example of a high quality care environment.

About You

Experience in housekeeping within a care home, hospital, or hotel setting will be highly valued for this Head of Housekeeping role. We’re looking for someone with proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A compassionate nature and strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll regularly interact with colleagues, residents, and their families.
