Sales and Customer Services Executive Aberdeen | Full time, Permanent

For over 180 years Glencraft has been part of Aberdeen, handcrafting luxury mattresses trusted around the world. As a social enterprise and Royal Warrant holder, every order we produce sustains meaningful employment here in the city.

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Services Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers from homeowners to luxury hotels.

You will :

• Respond to enquiries and manage orders accurately in HubSpot and WooCommerce.
• Provide warm, professional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Support our Aberdeen showroom and stock.
• Contribute to aftersales follow up and relationship building.
• Assist the BD Manager with customer insights and market research.
