The Role

As our new Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for industrial temporary staff
• Building and nurturing client relationships across Hudersfield and surrounding areas
• Developing new business opportunities and negotiating contracts
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets
• Contributing to our positive team culture and company growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial sector
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
