Position : Foundation Fire Risk Assessor

Reporting To : Principal Fire Risk Assessor

Salary : £30,000–£35,000 per annum + Benefits

Location : Travel through North West of England, Wales and Scotland

About the Role :

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Foundation Fire Risk Assessors to join the Property Compliance team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring fire safety compliance by conducting thorough Fire Risk Assessments in various low-risk premises.

This position is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in fire safety, looking to develop their expertise and contribute to a safer environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out planned and reactive Fire Risk Assessments in a variety of premise types across low-risk environments. Identifying and using appropriate practices to evaluate any fire risks present.
• Prepare and present suitable and sufficient Fire Risk Assessment reports that satisfy legal requirements with appropriate actions for clients, providing immediate feedback on the findings and giving fire safety advice where required.
