This senior position plays a key role in developing accurate, competitive tenders for mechanical and building services projects.
Reporting to the Head of Estimating & Sales, you'll help shape winning bids and ensure strong financial control from tender to project handover.
Location : Greenford, West London (and surrounding areas)
Salary : between £85,000 - 90,000 depending on experience
Benefits : 28 days holiday, 5% pension
What you'll do :
- Prepare and submit tenders, ensuring solid cost bases and minimal risk
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather true market costs
- Support pre-construction processes, including value engineering and cost analysis
- Assist with the development of estimating systems, cost libraries, and best practices
- Train and mentor junior estimators as part of a growing team
