General Manager

General Manager required for our Automotive car dealership Client.

Our Client based in North Bristol, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their dealerships.

Monday to Friday with support on weekends when required. Specification :

Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business

A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success

Evidence of a steady and progressive career path

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.Responsibilities :

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff

Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership

Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
