The Role

The Deputy Nursery Manager will :

Support the Nursery Manager in leading and inspiring a highly qualified team.

Provide colleagues with mentoring, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Play a vital role in delivering outstanding childcare and education.

Support staff in daily practice, observation, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Gain valuable experience in the commercial running of a nursery, including :

Managing parent enquiries, tours and enrolments

Budgeting and staff rostering

Recruitment, staff wellbeing, and performance management
