We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller or someone with Automotive Aftersales Advisory experience to maximise hours sold, drive revenue per transaction, and ensure 100% adherence to the EVHC process. The successful candidate will assist management to achieve the highest possible CSI scores, lead and support a team of 12 skilled technicians, and promote a positive and productive work environment. You will oversee the daily activities of the workshop including loading, job allocations, quality control (QC) and productivity, control and monitor work in progress and manage parts orders to ensure availability and timely ordering.

Responsibilities

• Maximise hours sold and drive revenue per transaction with 100% adherence to the EVHC process
• Assist management to achieve the highest possible CSI scores
