Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Land and New Homes Coordinator in our Head office. The salary package on offer is 35,000 OTE.

Let's talk about the Senior Land and New Homes Coordinator role. It involves :

• Represents our business to a high standard when with clients in the office or out on viewings.
• Liaising with offices and developers to organise site visits and viewings.
• Effective at registering clients, booking viewings, attending open days and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
• Has the ability and confidence to call out to applicants registered on our database to secure viewings for our new home sites.
• To learn and understand the marketing and processes we follow as support maybe needed in other areas of the department occasionally.
• Consistently achieves targets expected.
• Identifies referral opportunities.
