We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join a brand new, specialist SEMH and autism school in the beautiful Mole Valley area. We are looking for a passionate and resilient English Teacher who is committed to transforming the lives of young people with additional needs.

About the School : A new, purpose-built specialist setting for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Conditions
A nurturing, therapeutic environment that puts student wellbeing and progress at the heart of everything
Small class sizes and a strong staff team focused on meaningful relationships and personalised learning
The Role : Full-time, permanent position teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially some KS5 in the future)
Deliver a creative, differentiated English curriculum that meets the needs of students with diverse learning profiles
Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, behaviour specialists, and support staff
Contribute to shaping the curriculum and ethos of a brand new school
About You : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is welcomed but not essential
Unqualified teachers will be considered, but must have extensive experience working with students with SEND , particularly SEMH and Autism
A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and a commitment to inclusive education
Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by the belief that all children can thrive with the right support
