We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Deputy Headteacher to join a brand-new SEMH school in Worksop. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, curriculum, and success of a school from the very beginning.

You will :

Lead alongside the Headteacher from day one

Oversee curriculum, teaching standards & pupil progress

Manage staff and resources

Act as Deputy DSL

You need :

SEN / SEMH leadership experience

Strong knowledge of Ofsted & SEND Code of Practice

Excellent teaching & behaviour management skills
