Role summary
Senior leadership role responsible for talent acquisition across Enterprise Applications (Oracle) practice, including Oracle EPM, Cloud, ERP, and related platforms. This is a hybrid role with occasional office travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the recruitment strategy for the Oracle / EPM / Cloud practice, aligning with business goals and client delivery needs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring plans, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialized Oracle roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines, adjust to market conditions, and build strong relationships with universities and communities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations on compensation, employer branding, and interview processes to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
What we’re looking for
Experience leading talent acquisition for Oracle-focused practices or similar enterprise software / cloud consultancies.Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to run workshops with leadership teams.Proven capability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with full recruitment lifecycle, candidate assessment, and closing offers for senior roles.SC clearance – essential, or eligible; minimum 5 years UK residency.Why Version 1?
