Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer looking to join a thriving FMCG business in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We're recruiting for a proactive and skilled engineer to play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly at our facility in Bala, Gwynedd.

The Role :

Working as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of production equipment and site facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of FMCG machinery

Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site compliance standards

Recording all maintenance activity accurately via CMMS

About You :

We're looking for a motivated engineer with a solid background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced production environment.

Essential :

Time-served engineer or relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g., NVQ, HNC)

Mechanical or electrical bias with multi-skilled ability

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work Panama shift pattern (days and nights)

Desirable :

Previous experience in FMCG or food production
