Responsibilities
- Associate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on a relationship-driven, client-focused approach to selling consulting and professional services.
- Upon completion of training, 80% of time is spent in front of customer decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win-win engagements.
- Use a solution-based selling approach, including a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, a structured sales playbook and strategy, and quantitative activity-based goals.
- Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts.
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within assigned accounts through onsite client meetings, presentations, and client-facing activities.
- Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects delivering positive outcomes.
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of targeted accounts.
- Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps.
- Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
- Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with management and the sales support team.
- All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and / or typical for the position.
Training
