Responsibilities

  • Associate Account Executives are enrolled in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on a relationship-driven, client-focused approach to selling consulting and professional services.
  • Upon completion of training, 80% of time is spent in front of customer decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win-win engagements.
  • Use a solution-based selling approach, including a Relationship Lifecycle methodology, a structured sales playbook and strategy, and quantitative activity-based goals.
  • Strategically identify opportunities and pursuits in 3-5 designated target accounts.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within assigned accounts through onsite client meetings, presentations, and client-facing activities.
  • Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects delivering positive outcomes.
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience of targeted accounts.
  • Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for project roadmaps.
  • Continue to meet and exceed target sales goals.
  • Set personal and team goals through frequent sprint sessions with management and the sales support team.
  • All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and / or typical for the position.

Training

  • Multi-stage sales training starts with organizational, IT industry, and sales foundations.
  • Sales Readiness program equips you with knowledge of our sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills.
  • Role playing, situational selling exercises, and ride-alongs with senior account executives.
  • Establishing your client portfolio and fostering executive-level relationships.
  • In-person training at our Headquarters to apply knowledge in practice.
  • Continued education provided as you ramp up in your sales career.
  • Led by Brooksource’s President and top sales leaders.
