HGV Class 1 Driver

DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Business, are recruiting for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work at our client who are a household name in the Driving Industry, in Middleton, Manchester.

Our client opened for business in 2003 and is managed by an experienced team that is focused on working efficiently keeping costs low so that customers enjoy a reliable trade product at unbeatable prices. They have over 500 stores nationwide, open early til late, 7 days a week. They are one of Britains fastest growing suppliers of tools, accessories and building supplies to the trade, home improvers and self-builders.

This role is potentially temporary to permanent.

Duties :

Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently

Adhere to all road traffic laws and regulations

Excellent tacho knowledge ref sound manual entry and driving hours compliance

Keyholder responsibility apply, with regards to unlocking and securing stores

Deliveries to Tool Station stores
