Overview
ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider and are assisting them with the search for an Infrastructure Engineer on a contract basis. This is a contract inside IR35 and is based on-site 3x days a week in the city of London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level 3rd line support across a fully cloud-based infrastructure.
- Manage, maintain, and optimise Microsoft & Wintel environments.
- Support and enhance infrastructure and platform services (IaaS & PaaS).
- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot Intune, Mimecast, Cisco solutions.
- Work with Azure and Palo Alto technologies, ensuring best practice configurations.
- Support migration and integration of reporting functions into Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
