Join a collegiate and highly regarded regional firm as a Senior Associate in the Contested Probate Team. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work within a supportive and ambitious team led by a Legal 500 leading partner. The team is seeking a talented solicitor with ideally 5-8 years PQE in contentious trusts and probate, who is ready to manage a varied and complex caseload.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic advice, handle emotionally charged cases, and contribute to business development. ACTAPS or STEP membership or work towards these qualifications is key to this senior role.
