Senior Solicitor - Wills & Probate, Greater Belfast. Overview A well-established law firm in Greater Belfast is seeking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to take on a key role within a growing department and progress their career within private client law. The role offers a clear route to partnership and will involve contributing to business development and the long-term growth of the department. While STEP qualification is highly desirable, applications are welcomed from solicitors at all levels with relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of wills, probate and estate administration matters Advise clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning Handle probate files from initial instruction through to completion Build and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development and departmental growth Support and mentor junior members of the Private Client team Essential Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor (NI qualified or eligible to practise in Northern Ireland) Experience in wills and probate or private client matters STEP qualification or a willingness to work towards it Strong communication and client care skills Commercial awareness and ambition to progress Whats on Offer Clear route to partnership Competitive salary depending on experience Opportunity to help develop and grow the Private Client department Supportive and professional working environment At Pathway, we treat all applications with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
