What you’ll be doing

• Owning the full NPD and EPD process, from the first spark of an idea through to launch
• Writing killer product briefs and being the technical point of truth for new launches
• Keeping projects moving — on time, on budget, on point
• Working on packaging, artwork and compliance across UK, US and EU
• Sourcing new materials and suppliers that fit with the brand’s values
• Negotiating costs, MOQs and timelines to make launches commercially viable
• Supporting with special projects like limited editions and branded merch
