Job descriptionYou are passionate and articulate about food and beverage Manage the overall bar and beverage offer for the restaurant including cocktails, beers, garnishing and non-alcoholic beverages Create and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, using best practices and efficiencies where possible Lead the creation and maintenance of cocktail lists including new products and combinations while considering costing Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service and shifts, acting as an ambassador for the brand Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity Additional duties as assigned or required Passionate about food and drink Value positivity, honesty and respect Aim to leave lasting, positive impressions on every guest through intelligent, enthusiastic and emotional service 2-3 years in Bar Management / Supervisory position Strong wine and beverage background
Overview
Searcys is looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at their St Pancras Champagne Bar and Brasserie located in St Pancras International Station.
As an Assistant Bar Manager you will support the Bar Manager in the everyday running of the venue, create stylish signature cocktails, and deliver service excellence while showcasing an extensive wine and champagne programme curated by our Head of Champagne.
