Please note this role is a fixed term contract until Febraury 2026. Shifts will include 6.30am starts, 10.30pm finishes and some weekends.

How will you make an impact?

• Managing inbound bookings, updates, and issue resolution
• Allocating and tracking operational tasks in our Warehouse Management System
• Investigating, resolving, and escalating operational issues
• Maintaining accurate system records at the end of each day
• Coordinating with customer service to meet ecommerce deadlines
