We’re seeking a proactive and analytical Structuring Developer to help optimise the way our Commercial team operates. In this role, you\'ll map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements. Your work will directly support the efficient structuring and negotiation of commercial deals, ensuring our operations are aligned with business goals and set up for long-term success.

Please note this is a fixed term contract role until 31 / 3 / 26

What skills / experience do I need to be successful?

• Experience in process analysis and improvement;
• Exposure to commercial operations or contract structuring;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Understanding of commercial deal structuring and stakeholder engagement;
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies.
