CAS Network Engineer

Location : Bracknell

Your role will involve remotely managing a geographically diverse IPS / IDS, SSL decryption and FPC solution as part of an established team. A large part of the role will be resolving faults that are escalated by our 2nd line engineers. There is also a requirement to implement service changes to the production environment. Additional responsibilities include, providing continuity between an established 3rd Line Team and the 24 / 7 support team, producing how to guides and liaising with other dependant parties.

Responsibilities

• Remotely manage a geographically diverse IPS / IDS, SSL decryption and FPC solution as part of an established team.
• Resolve faults escalated by 2nd line engineers.
• Implement service changes to the production environment.
• Provide continuity between the 3rd Line Team and the 24 / 7 support team.
• Produce how-to guides and liaise with other dependant parties.
