Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business development team to shape technical solutions for customers
- Conduct customer meetings and workshops to define requirements and propose solutions
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and documentation (HLDs, LLDs, proposals)
- Work with SMEs and vendors to align solutions with best practices and customer needs
- Support the sales team in structuring commercial proposals, balancing CAPEX and OPEX models
- Act as the trusted first point of technical contact for customers, from engineers to C‑Suite
- Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to delivery, professional services, and operations teams
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
Proven technical pre‑sales or solution design experienceStrong knowledge across Ruckus and Cambium Networks, (nice to have - LAN, WAN, enterprise networks, SD‑WAN and MPLS)Ability to translate technical solutions into clear, commercial proposalsConfident communicator, comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholdersUK driving licenceEligibility for Baseline Security ClearanceExperience with wireless solutionsPublic sector project experienceNetwork security knowledgeVendor experience with Ruckus, Fortinet, CiscoBenefits
