Trustee -Treasurer Role - Volunteer

Overview

Being The Cure, a thought-leading charity character education in the UK, is on the lookout for a dynamic trustee with an accounting qualification or relevant work experience to lead as our treasurer.

What difference will you make? You will be supporting Being The Cure in delivering our mission of developing the next generation of society's heroes through our evidence-informed character education that instills honesty, kindness, and humility in every child. You will help us reach out to hundreds of children and young people across the UK to make the world a little better for all of us.

What are we looking for?

Essential

• A finance background with a knack for managing organisational finances.
• Accounting qualification or equivalent working experience.
• Strong financial management skills, with an eye for budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Desirable

• Experience as a treasurer, especially in the charity or education sector.
• Technical literacy to streamline financial operations.
